We are seeking a driven and motivated Sales Representative to promote and sell our air freshener products to individual and business customers. This role focuses on field sales, including client visits, product demonstrations, and relationship-building.

This is a performance-based, month-to-month contract designed for individuals who are confident in their ability to generate sales. A guaranteed base pay is offered during the first month to allow the successful candidate time to build momentum.

Key Responsibilities

  • Actively sell air fresheners to retail and business clients
  • Conduct daily outbound calls to prospective customers
  • Visit businesses to present and demonstrate products
  • Secure new accounts and follow up on leads
  • Maintain relationships with existing customers
  • Meet or exceed agreed monthly sales targets
  • Provide basic sales reports and feedback

Compensation Structure

  • Month 1: Guaranteed base pay + commission
  • Month 2 and onward:
    • Salary + comission if sales exceed the agreed monthly target
    • Comission only if targets are not met
    • Contract may be discontinued if performance is unsatisfactory

(Specific salary, commission percentage, and sales targets will be discussed during the interview.)

  • Sales experience preferred but not required
  • Strong communication and persuasion skills

Island Aromas is a growing, island-inspired fragrance brand, and we’re looking for a creative and detail-oriented Social Media Manager to join our team. This role will be responsible for managing and growing our online presence while maintaining a consistent brand voice across all platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, create, and schedule content for Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok
  • Write engaging captions aligned with the Island Aromas brand
  • Monitor and respond to comments and direct messages
  • Stay up to date with social media trends and platform updates
  • Track basic performance metrics and suggest improvements

Requirements

  • Proven experience managing social media accounts for a brand or business
  • Strong content creation skills (photo/video editing is a plus)
  • Good understanding of short-form content (Reels, TikTok, Stories)
  • Strong communication and time-management skills
  • Passion for branding, lifestyle, or fragrance is an asset
